How do I buy more credits?
Open Account → Billing to see credit packs and payment methods for your country. The pricing page shows current offers. Purchased credits do not expire.
Can I get a refund?
Refund availability depends on the payment provider used for your purchase. Read the Refund Policy before paying. If a video fails or you cancel it, reserved credits return automatically. This returns credits, not money.
Why was my topic not accepted?
