To manage operational costs associated with data storage, files you upload to the service and videos and other files that GenPixy makes for you are generally deleted from our active systems sixty (60) days after creation or upload, regardless of your account status. While this is our standard practice for cost efficiency, please note that in some specific cases, files may not be automatically deleted after this period due to overriding legal, technical, compliance, or operational requirements.
We keep payment and credit records for as long as tax and accounting obligations require, also after your account is closed.

We do not load these pixels for visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block them in your browser settings.

GenPixy is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has an account, we will take steps to remove that account and its personal information, subject to applicable law.
