Can I start free?
Yes. Your account includes free videos every day, while the shared daily allowance remains available. Your video studio shows how many are left today. Free videos are up to 60 seconds at 720p.
How do I top up?
Open Account → Billing to see the top-up options and payment methods for your country. The pricing page shows current offers. A purchased top-up does not expire.
Can I get a refund?
Refund availability depends on the payment provider used for your purchase. Read the Refund Policy before paying. If a video fails or you cancel it, you are not charged for it: the reserved amount returns to your account automatically. This is not a money refund.
Why was my topic not accepted?
Topic safety checks can stop creation if the topic is refused or a safety decision is unavailable. Choose a permitted topic or try again later.
