GenPixy ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2.2 Payment Information

When you top up credits, we store the top-up amount, the currency, the payment status and time, and the reference number from our payment provider. Polar processes USD payments for GenPixy. When you pay, we do not receive or store your bank account number, card number, or e-wallet login details. The exception is a refund by transfer under the Refund Policy: we ask for the account holder's name and the bank account or e-wallet number of the recipient through a support ticket. We use these details only to check that the recipient is the payer and to send that transfer, and we delete them within 30 days after the transfer is complete. We keep the transfer receipt as a payment record. We also keep a history of your credit balance and every change to it.

We automatically collect certain information when you use our services:

Once it is no longer needed, reasonable steps are taken to delete or anonymize it, although some copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

Our service providers, including payment processors, maintain their own security practices, and their systems remain under their responsibility to the extent applicable law allows. Full payment card numbers are not stored by us.

Advertising cookies. When you visit GenPixy, we may use advertising cookies and pixels from Google, Meta, and TikTok to measure whether our ads work. They record page visits, account sign-ups, and completed purchases (amount, currency, and an order reference). We do not send your name, email address, or the content of your videos to these companies. These companies process this data under their own privacy policies. We do not load these pixels for visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block them in your browser settings.

Traffic measurement cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits to our website and to verify our traffic numbers with partners. It records the pages you visit, without private parts of web addresses. The same region and Global Privacy Control rules as above apply.

8. Children's Privacy

GenPixy is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has an account, we will take steps to remove that account and its personal information, subject to applicable law.
